guys such as the obvious, martinez, gomez (when he goes back down), milledge (when he gets off dl), humber, pelfrey, niese, guerra, pena, carp (same as lm), veloz, lagares. and then add guys like matt durkin (who i think was our 2nd round pick like 2 or 3 years ago not sure) and other high upside, high risk guys like him. i know everyteam has thoughs guys and 99% never pan out but hey look at carlos gomez, supreme athlete and is now turning those tools into skills, also for some reason i wanna get updates on holdzkom the guy whos brother is a top prospect, he throws around 98 i heard with wicked movement but might have some of the worst control in the major leagues lol.
ReplyDeleteidk y my first post didnt go so ill put it up again...i mentioned how you can bookmark our top prospects on milb.com and put up their total stat lines so we can track their progress throughout the season. it would be very interesting to see especially to mets minor league followers such as myself. hope you guys take a liking to my idea

ReplyDeletewell its pretty simple to do...when you go to minorleaguebaseball.com you can get a players statline and bookmark it. once bookmarked you can click on your bookmarked players link on top of the screen. once you go to that page it will have every player you have bookmarked throughout the season. all you have to do then is click on the players name and it will have their updated stats. they have very good type of stats also, with things such as go:fo ratio for pitchers which is important to know when talking about players such as niese and pelfrey
ReplyDeleteIs there a way to get that and put it onto the blog? That would be a feature I think everyone would be appreciative of.
ReplyDeletei have no idea, i was thinking just copy and pasting it??
