We'd expect Bobby Parnell to get promoted to Binghamton before Wednesday, when Stoner is scheduled to make his A+ debut. Kevin Mulvey would be the logical choice to go from Binghamton to New Orleans.
Personally, I'd send Adam Bostick to Binghamton from New Orleans, Bostick is struggling mightily. 2-4, 6.29 era in 10 G, 9 GS, 44.1 IP.
