Endy Chavez was not in the lineup for Magallanes

Endy Chavez left yesterday's game with discomfort...

I ran the article through Google translator, which is always worth some amusement:

Andrus, who came in the first inning to replace Endy Chavez due to some discomfort, connected his third home run of the season and towed four rayitas.

From further down that article:

Endy Chavez was injured in the very first episode in a move treads and third runs at the plate. The gardener suffered a pulled in corva right and the left ankle sprain. Today, Monday, will be considered by Flavio Abathamateo, medical equipment, to know the extent of injury.

Edit: And he's not in tonight's lineup for Magallanes.

12/9 Winter Leagues Report!

Endy Chavez (cf) 1 for 1, run, .476
Jesus Gamero (lf, rf) 1 for 5, run, 2b, BB, K, .227
Edgardo Alfonzo (3b) 1 for 3, run, 2 RBI, K, 362
Ruben Gotay (ph, ss) 1 for 1, BB, .200

It's a little early, but the Mets 2008 Draft Picks are...

18. From Atlanta for Tom Glavine
22. Mets 1st round pick
33. Sandwich 1st rounder - for Type A FA Tom Glavine

From what I've read, the sandwich round should be around 21 picks, meaning that the Mets next pick should be 22nd from 52 (2nd round - 74). I could be wrong, however.
