SOUNDOFF: Site Improvements

    I want the background to be Lucas Duda.. I want you to get rid of all the pictures in the banner and get a big picture of Lucas Duda.. I want you to change the name of the site to LucasDudashub.duda.com

    I think there is too much blue on this site. Scale it down a bit. Then put links to all the mets minor league sites and blogs to the right and on the left put in a menu. Also a search for specific players and up to date stats would be fantastic. More interviews. Love the thing with all the pictures, maybe you can make them links to info about the different players. Also update the ETA's on each player from time to time.

    2 Things:

    1) Change the main picture on your page. It looks amateur as it's just too much and too squeezed together.

    2) The blue is fine, but you need some kind of white background for the post-part or a different shade to make it a little easier on the eyes. There's just too much blue.

    I agree with some of the earlier comments about a different layout and color set. We all know why you did orange and blue, but it can hurt to look at after a while. other than that, the more prospect scouting reports the better. Also, (i am new to the site, so i dont know if you have done this in the past) i think it would be really cool if you were able to put up scouting reports on prospects we might draft or trade for when we are linked to them in a rumor.

    You do a great job with this site, and while I am new, I have become a daily visitor.

    We'll try to find a more athestically pleasing color scheme for you guys. LOL.

    As for linkifying the pictures to player profiles, we've discussed that in the past, but it would take an enormous amount of HTML coding to get it done.

    Scouting reports are usually posted in our two big features, the Draft Database, and the System Audit. We just finished up our first year of doing this, so we are still kind of sorta feeling our way through this. Hopefully next year, when I am earning a paycheck, I'll get some subscriptions to BA, BP and scout.com so we can offer up some more insight and stuff.

    it'd be cool if you could get more insight like with that interview with the opposing prospect. gotta love the scouting reports where our guys got mad got stuff lol
