Pitching stats will be up on 12/27. And - please tell me via comment/chat box what you would like the stats sorted by (League, Name, ABs, OPS, AVG, etc...IP, ERA, W, WHIP...)

that k:bb ratio doesn't look as good for fernando now that i've seen the 3 IBB's. his ratio is like 3:1 now...i definitely like him, he's really young n had nice numbers
ReplyDeleteIt's just good to see FMart healthy and putting up decent numbers. I take the Winter Leagues as a grain of salt. After all, if the talent there was so great year in and year out, people would be heralding Oscar Azocar as another Clemente. It's a good short season confidence booster, and often times as we've seen with players coming out of a great AFL, that's all it takes to really springboard them to a higher level of play.
ReplyDeleteSee, here's the thing - these winter leagues vary wildly in talent, from A ball all the way to AAAAers, and they even include some good MLB talent. I rank them like this in my head:

PRWL - AA/AA+
MWL - AA
