Mark Cohoon's first AA start (jumping 2 levels in the process) was uneven, he gave up 3 in the first, then threw up 4 zeroes, before giving up a pair in the 6th. His final line reflected that unevenness, he gave up 5 runs on 11 hits in 5.2 innings, but nonetheless picked up the win as the Mets offense exploded for 14 hits and 5/5 BB/K ratio. The Mets were 5 for 12 (.417) with RISP and left 8 on base. Nick Evans had a HUGE game with 4 XBH, he, Brahiam Maldonado and Raul Reyes had multi hit games, while Sean Ratliff and Mike Nickeas (0 for 2, run, 3 BBs, .304) took 0-fers.

Dock Doyle and Wilfredo Tovar had the only multi hit games, while Pedro Zapata, Alonzo Harris, Jefry Marte and Ryan Mollica (0 for 3, K, .000) all took 0-fers. Alonzo Harris played his first professional game in the outfield, in LF.
