A+ Florida State League: St. Lucie 6/10/1, Dunedin 7/9/3 in 10 innings

Kyle Allen had a second straight poor outing, walking 4 more in 5 innings, while also allowing 6 hits and 5 runs (4 earned). He's now walked 36 in 56.1 innings (5.75 per 9), which, as we've said all season, goes directly against his tendencies (51 BBs in 125.1 innings last year, a still high, but manageable 3.66 per 9). Stephen Clyne gave up an UER in the 10th to take the loss, but it was his own error which set it up.

The Mets offense did their job with 10 hits and 3 walks, while striking out 9 times, and going 4 for 11 (.364) with RISP, leaving 6 on base. Joey August, Josh Satin and Brahiam Maldonado had multi hit games, while Stefan Welch and Richard Lucas took 0-fers.
