Jeff Flagg had a walkoff single today, after Wilmer Flores was walked with 1st and 3rd, 1 out in the 9th to load the bases. The Mets need to get someone behind Wilmer to prevent this sort of thing, because Jeff Flagg's .217 isn't cutting it. Pedro Zapata, Flagg, Dock Doyle and Alex Gregory had multi hit games, while Jefry Marte, Cesar Puello and Alonzo Harris took 0-fers. The Gnats were 3 for 11 (.273) with RISP, left 9 on base, and struck out 7 times, while walking thrice. Mark Cohoon started the game and was pretty good, allowing just 2 runs on 6 hits in 6 innings, but he got a ND after Brandon Sage blew the game. Sage picked up a vulture win.
