Jeurys Familia was scratched from his outing tonight, as of now, we don't know why. So, it was a bullpen game for the Mets, and they held the lead going to the top of the 9th, but with their regular closer forced to pitch 3 innings of long relief, Jose Bierd came in for the save and blew it, allowing 3 runs to take the loss.
