Josh Stinson's first start of 2010 was pretty decent, he went 4.1 innings, allowing a run on 2 hits and 2 walks, getting a ND. Manuel Alvarez, coming off his first dreadful outing of the season, bounced back with 1.2 scoreless innings for his first AA victory.
The Mets offense had 10 hits and drew 4 walks, while striking out 9 times, and going 0 for 5 with RISP, and leaving 8 on base. Nick Evans, Eric Campbell and Reese Havens had mulit hit games, while the bottom 4 in the order combined to go 0 for 13 with 5 Ks.

Wes Wrenn was decent today, but had a very short outing, giving up 2 runs on 4 hits in 4 innings for a ND. Elvin Ramirez picked up the win with 2 scoreless in relief, though he did walk 3 in his outing. Jose Bierd picked up his 4th save.
The Mets offense had just 6 hits and 3 walks, and were hitless in 4 ABs with RISP, left 6 on base, and struck out 8 times. Joey August (0 for 3, .326), Stefan Welch, Richard Lucas and Jean Luc Blaquiere (0 for 3, .189) took 0-fers. Josh Satin had the only multi hit game.
