5/13 Links + NOLA recap

Binghamton @ 630
St. Lucie
Savannah

New Orleans 3, Sacramento 4

Carlos Muniz has given up runs in back to back outings, 1 a piece, and he's gotten 2 Ls for his trouble. The life of a reliever - he's 1-2 with a 1.20 era. Willie Collazo got the spot start in place of Claudio Vargas today, giving the Mets another option for Wednesday's spot start in the majors. He pitched very well, going 7, only allowing 3 runs and 6 hits, but took a ND.

The Zs managed just 7 hits, with all their offense (ready for this?) coming off an ANDERSON HERNANDEZ 3 run homer. That's right. It was his only hit, though. Argenis Reyes and Mike Nickeas had multi-hit games, while 4 players took 0-fers. Michel Abreu (0 for 4, BB, K, .243), Jesus Feliciano (0 for 5, K, .348), Victor Mendez (0 for 3, BB, .271) and Anderson Machado (0 for 2, run, .149)

Argenis Reyes (2b) 2 for 4, run, 2b, BB, K, .248
Anderson Hernandez (ss) 1 for 5, run, HR (2), 3 RBI (13), 2 Ks, .199
Val Pascucci (rf) 1 for 3, 2b, 2 BBs, .308
Chris Aguila (lf) 1 for 5, K, .287
