  1. I know i am way ahead of myself, but not a bad start for chris fournier. I actually know him quite well. I met him at his parents batting cage which is on the fairfield / Bridgeport line. He has a great work ethic. I always used to see him in the cages taking BP as well as having a guy pitch to him in a seperate cage so that he can see live pitching. The pitcher was ok nothing special, but i could see that he has a very good approach in the box. He looked very balanced to me. Can you please tell me what the organization is expecting from him? His ETA? What position will he play when he reaches the majors?

  2. Fournier's in a tough spot because he was drafted as a college outfielder, in the 16th round. He won't get too many chances, I'd think. Especially since he's 23 1/2 and was taken as a senior. He has virtually no margin for error.
