Yes, I know it adds up to 9.1 innings, but that's what the boxscore says.
Binghamton 8, Akron 11 in 11 innings
Tobi Stoner had a second straight miserable outing, and Joe Hietpas compounded it with an awful relief outing, but the Mets picked themselves off the mat with back to back 3 run innings (8th and 9th), roaring back to tie the game at 8 and 8. However, in his 3rd inning of relief, Tim LaVigne was jacked up for 3 runs on 3 hits and a walk. The Mets went down 123 in the bottom half of the inning.
The Mets had 16 hits, but only 2 for XBH, bunching hits together in the final 2 innings to score 6 innings. The top 4 in the order went 10 for 22 with 6 runs scored and 4 RBI. Every regular except Jose Coronado had a hit, 6 players had 2+.

It was another excellent outing for Maikel Cleto, who allowed just a run over 6 innings, picking up his 3rd win of the season. Steven Cheney allowed a pair in the 8th, but Nick Abel saved Cheney's 2 IHR, keeping the Gnats in the lead. Julio Polanco got the final 2 outs for his 5th save. Brooklyn 9, Williamsport 2
After scoring just 49 runs in their first 16 games, the Cyclones have exploded for 21 over their last 2, destroying Williamsport pitching in the process. Another big game for the likes of Brandon Richey and Zach Lutz, who each were 2 for 3. Ike Davis, John Servidio and Cesar Cordido also had multi hit games, while Reese Havens (or David Havens, or David Reeese, or whatever his name is! - 0 for 4, run, BB, .190), Sean Ratliff (0 for 5, 3 Ks, .261), Will Vogl (0 for 4, BB, .222), and Jacob Elgsti (0 for 4, K, .077) all took 0-fers.
