5/26 Minor League Report!

Oliver Perez. That's about all you need to know tonight. Ollie was Ollie, walking 5 in 4.1 innings, including one with the bases loaded and one to the opposing pitcher. He threw just 48 of 88 pitches for strikes and took the loss, despite giving up just a run on 3 hits.

The Bisons severely depleted offense managed just 7 hits and a run, while going 0 for 7 with RISP and leaving 7 on base. Jesus Feliciano had the only multi hit game for the Bisons, while Jason Cooper (0 for 4, 2 Ks, .178), Robinson Cancel (0 for 4, .227) and Jon Malo (0 for 4, 3 Ks, .175) took 0-fers

Jeurys Familia pitched into the 8th inning for the first time all season, but took the loss allowing 4 runs on 6 hits in 7+.

The Gnats had 9 hits in the game, and were 2 for 5 with RISP, but left 7 on base. Jordany Valdespin fouled out to third his first time up, then was pulled from the game to start the 4th inning. Jean Luc Blaquiere had the only multi hit game for the Gnats, while Rafael Fernandez (0 for 4, .256) and Valdespin (0 for 1, .280) took the only 0-fers.
