ReplyDeleteAs I said on another site...Savannah isn't in a race, so let's backfill to get the season over. Harris will be at Kingsport next year. I beg to differ with you about Valdespin as the Pro Scouts I've met love him and say he excites them. I question them as you do, because of his age and how much more is he really going to fill out.

I'm a STRONG believer in age/level, I believe Valdespin is 20 years old, a bit old for the GCL. He'll have to jump to Savannah next year to even begin to jump onto my radar.
ReplyDeleteFlores at Savannah? As much as I would like to see it I would rather have the teenager stay at one level. I remember reading how he sees the coach as a father figure and when he had to go away for a couple games(or something like that) Wilmer slumped until he came back.
