---------------------
LHP Biola University 11/24/85, L/L

Thanks to Coach John Verhoeven: Jimmy loves to pitch, has a rubber arm and never turns down an opportunity to pitch in a ball game even if he is not even close to 100%. He has a fastball that ranges from 87-90 MPH, outstanding curve ball and so-so change up. He has good command of all of his pitches and pitches to contact unless the situation calls for a strikeout. He has a perfect attitude for the pro game as he doesn't get too up or down on himself. My gut feeling is Jimmy is going to be in professional baseball for a long time.

Thanks to Coach Rich Maloney: Mike was a workhorse for us, always wanting the ball no matter the situation. Mike has a fb 88-92, slider 82, and a good change. He is very competitive and can pitch back to back days. Great kid! I hope that helps. RM

Round 35, Pick 1064: Kyle Suire
---------------------
2B University of Louisiana Monroe, 8/22/85, S/R

Thanks to Coach Jeff Schexnaider: Kyle Suire is the hardest worker and possesed the most passion for the game of Baseball as anyone I have ever coached. He has always been an over achiever and very goal oriented. It is not by chance that he has been the Captain of every team he has been associated with. It is also not by chance that every team he has played for has won a championship. Given the opportunity to play every day I am sure he will be a favorite player in the Mets organization as well.
