Draft report(draft cheat sheet)

Who to watch and hope they fall to us at 18:
Eric Hosmer, could fall due to contract demands.
Yonder Alonso, great hitting college 1b, probably won't be there at 18 though.
Brett Wallace, same as Alonso, probably won't be there but we can hope.
Tim Melville, top HS pitcher in the draft, might fall close to 18.
Christian Friedrich, good college pitcher who could fall to 18, would like to grab him.
Aaron Hicks, best OF'er in the draft, could fall to 18.

Who I think we could/should take at 18:
If none of the above plays fall I would say-
Ethan Martin, two way player so he might not be a great pick, but has good upside as a pitcher.
Jake Odorizzi, a great high school pitcher with good upside, rising stock.
We might reach for Castro here, its definitely a possibility...

Who I think we could/should take at 22:
Jason Castro, very good overall college catcher, but I am iffy on drafting catchers...
Andrew Cashner, very good college closer, but I'm not sure I want to draft another reliever.
Ike Davis, great college hitter, 1b/OF.
Gerrit Cole, high school pitcher with electric arm, but could fall to us at 33 so I'd be wary of taking him at 22, I wouldn't complain though.
Anthony Hewitt, good hitting SS/3b out of high school, great upside.
Reese Havens/Jemile Weeks, if we are looking college middle infielder here, these are 2 guys we could take, they might both be reaches at 22 though.

Who I think we could/should take at 33:
Tanner Scheppers, one of the best pitchers in the draft but could fall due to recent injury, would love to take him if he falls to 33.
Gerrit Cole, if he falls to 33...
Brett DeVall, one of the best high school lefty pitchers in draft, would be a solid selection at 33.
Alex Meyer, another very good high school pitcher.
Sonny Gray, smaller than the other high school pitchers but has electric stuff, but probably won't sign.
Tyler Ladendorf, very athletic college SS/2B who could have big upside with the bat.
Ross Seaton, yet another good high school pitcher.
Kyle Lobstein, like DeVall, a very good lefty high school pitcher.
Mike Montgomery, another very good lefty high school pitcher, 6'5.
David Cooper, one of the top 1b in the draft, good college hitter.
Daniel Webb, another very good high school pitcher.
Lonnie Chisenhall, big time JUCO 3b with a great bat.

Who I think we could/should take at 68:
Harold Martinez, 1st round bat, very good high school hitter, would be a great pick if he falls to 68.
Zeke Spruill, very good high school pitcher with nice upside.
Allan Dykstra, great hitting college 1b.
Jay Austin, 5 tool high school CF'er.
Cole St. Clair, good college pitcher out of Rice.
Anthony Gose, speedy high school outfielder, good lefty pitcher, two way player.
Brett Mooneyham, tall lefty high school pitcher.
Chris Carpenter, power college starter, past injury concerns.
Michael Palazzone, good high school pitcher with awesome 12-6 curveball and low 90's fastball.
Taylor Jungmann, tall, projectable high school pitcher.
Xavier Avery, very speedy high school CF'er.
Jordan Danks, 5 tool CF'er.

Who I think we could/should take at 100:
Nick Maronde, projectable high school pitcher with 3 pitch arsenal.
Tyler Stovall, very good high school lefty with great curveball.
Antonio Jimenez, good high school catcher.
Adrian Nieto, good high school catcher.
Jarret Martin, rising high school lefty with good FB/Curve combo.
Daniel Marrs, another projectable high school pitcher with good stuff.
Evan Frederickson, huge high school lefty with great stuff but iffy command.

Who I want(dream draft):
18: 1B Hosmer, Wallace, or Alonso if they fall. If they don't then SP Tim Melville or SP Jake Odorizzi
22: C Jason Castro, maybe 1b/OF Ike Davis or 1b David Cooper.
33: SP Scheppers if he falls, if not then SP Gerrit Cole or SP Brett DeVall if they are there, or 1b/OF Ike Davis if he falls.
68: 3B Harold Martinez or SP Zeke Spruill
100: OF Jay Austin, SP Nick Maronde, SP Michael Palazzone, SP Jarret Martin, SP Daniel Marrs, or SP Evan Frederickson.

Tejesh's wish list:

22. Gerritt Cole
33. Andrew Cashner or Isaac Galloway, or Brett DeVall
68. Nick Maronde LHP GA HS
100. Jay Austin OF GA HS or Chase Davidson 1b HS
